Right now, we are living in a two bedroom apartment. My 14 year old daughter and my 3 year old son have to share a room. I was looking at getting a twin bed for my son, but I was thinking maybe bunk beds? A full/twin combination? I thought this would help the space situation.
My husband and I already have a room. We are looking to move out in the next year to a 3 bedroom but there’s really nothing else we can do at this point.

Honestly your 14 year old daughter should not be sharing a room with a 3 year old brother. Pick the largest bedroom and put the three year old in your room. She needs privacy at this age and here it is illegal for brother and sisters to share rooms. You can create a corner bedroom for the toddler within your bedroom allowing your daughter time with her friends and alone time as needed in the delicate teen years. You can make or purchase dressing screens/room dividers so you can have some privacy.

If you have any sewing talent you can always buy one and cut it down to fit the crib — but then buy three so that when baby grows and you put him/her in a twin bed you have matching sets as they may have been discontinued by the time.

I don’t think a rug came with this set. There are some nice lavender rugs on the Pottery Barn Kids web site that would probably go well with this. There is a nice lavender chenille braided rug that is pretty.
Rugsusa.com also have some pretty lavender throw rugs.

I do not have any to sell but have you tried on local recycling sites in your area? If not, www.freecycle.org (site) will bring up locations in your local area; the rule is that everything on it is free; you need to 1st “offer” something then you can request an item or items; I also belong to another local recycling site in my area on yahoo groups; same rules apply; might also check out all consignment shops in your area; good luck in locating this! (also try EBAY) many times you can locate the items you want at the price you are willing to pay for them;

I have also been looking for it! I saw the quilt on sale in a Pottery Barn Kids store last year and I am so mad that I didn’t get it. I assumed it would turn up on ebay in abundance. Anyway, I will keep looking and let you know if I find it anywhere. It was just gorgeous!!!!!!!!!!
Okay, I just found out that Pottery Barn Kids is going to continue and expand the Beatrix Potter line in Spring of 2011. I called the store in Ohio and they say that management has no knowledge of this development but somehow that does not suprise me. Hopefully the Peter Rabbit crib bedding will be the same since there is no way to improve on the perfection of this set.

My guess is the bedding for that movie would of came out in the 1990’s or late 1980’s.Since the movie came out in 1988(the first movie came out when I was 5) Maybe try Ebay!
